An invitation to come together and dance in celebration of the peak of spring.
We will open in circle, followed by some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express yourself with music weaved in waves, curated by Loren du Soleil, ending with a grounding integration at the end ✨
🧡 This is a space to lean into your authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you. No steps to follow, no judgement — just full freedom to be where you’re at and express your aliveness.

~ Wear loose comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
~ Please don’t park in the Warwick house parks as these are for residents.
~ The dance will be held in the ballroom, which is straight down the path.
