SpeedPlay: Improve Speed & Efficiency
Don’t let the name scare you—if you can complete a 2-mile run/walk (at any pace) and want a fresh challenge, SpeedPlay is for you!
SpeedPlay is designed to make you faster and more efficient through a variety of track workouts and form drills. You’ll learn:
* How to execute unique track sessions at higher intensities
* Strategies for maintaining good running form under fatigue
* Ideal race hydration protocols
* Dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and body-maintenance techniques to support faster training
What’s Included
* Expert Coaching: Weekly drills & mechanics training by nationally RRCA-certified Coaches
*Structured Track Workouts: Sessions focused on improving threshold speed and cardiovascular efficiency
* Small-Group Camaraderie: Eight weeks of track fun alongside local runners of all abilities
* Bonus Session: Special hill workout after the program for those who want to sharpen their hill training/racing
* Meet-Ups: Two Saturday morning gatherings (June 28th & July 19th) for extra mileage and community
