God's Truth & Our Thoughts: An Evening for Moms & Daughters

Join us for a cozy, faith-filled book night at 3:6 Wellness Clinic! Brooke Smith will read her children’s book, Emersyn Chooses Kind Thoughts and God’s Truth, a hope-filled story that helps girls recognize their thoughts and replace unhelpful ones with God's truth.

Body image, thoughts, and emotions play a significant role in shaping how girls perceive themselves and how their mothers guide them.

After the reading, we’ll break into two groups for meaningful conversations:

Girls with Brooke (health coach & author): simple tools for understanding body image, managing emotions, and learning how to speak truth over themselves in everyday life.

Moms with Jazmine, RN, BSN (holistic nurse coach): insight into how thoughts and emotions shape body image and self-worth, plus how unprocessed emotions can even lead to illness later in life, and what you can do to model and support healthy practices at home.

This night is perfect for girls ages 7–12 (though all ages are welcome). Come for an evening of encouragement, connection, and faith-filled conversation.
