The Many Faces of Chardonnay

Chardonnay is the second most planted grape in the world. It is found in almost every winemaking region, and as a result, has many faces. One of the reasons Chardonnay is so popular among winemakers is the blank tableau the grape offers the artisan winemaker. Consumers love Chardonnay because it is easy to drink and pairs beautifully with many dishes. At this class we will taste several Chardonnay wines from around the world, each one a unique expression of the winemaker’s craft. Come hungry, as the wines will be paired with a delicious meal, prepared under the talented Cappella chef/owner, Rob Picardi. Note: A wine fee of $15 per person is payable in class. Limited to 23.
