Join us Sunday, January 11 at 9:00am for a FREE Intro Camp at Burn Boot Camp Needham, designed especially for anyone who’s nervous about their first workout. Maybe you’ve never worked out before, have knee pain, or just want to be sure you’re doing things the right way—this is for you.

Along with our lead trainer, we’ll have a Doctor of Physical Therapy on-site to walk you through proper form and modifications so you can feel confident, safe, and supported. After a short form workshop, you’ll experience a brief, approachable workout—not intimidating, not overly intense—just enough to help you see what Burn is all about.
