Winter Field Day

Beaumont ARC will be participating in Winter Field Day. This is an opportunity for members of the SETX community to come out and learn about emergency communications and how to became a "ham" amateur radio operator and meet some good folks. Learn how you can keep in touch with family and stay informed with the internet and cell networks are down after a natural or man made Disaster. How would you contact your family or emergency services without those service? Learn how to send and receive email without internet.
