Retreat Leader Anisa El-Amin Biography:
Anisa Elamin is the headmaster teacher, an experienced mindfulness yoga lifestyle educator, and has earned an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 and Group Fitness Certification. Anisa earned more than 500 hours of positive psychology professional training and more than 4,182.50 hours of hands-on experience and training in health care and well-being.
Clients’ satisfaction reporting results are based on quantitative measures for personal growth and transformational change with a higher level of self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-compassion to improve quality of life and enhance emotional intelligence.
