But the Utsav is more than just a cultural showcase. It blends artistry with purpose empowering rural and tribal women by creating meaningful economic opportunities and celebrating their craftsmanship through trendy handcrafted products that resonate with contemporary sensibilities.

Yes this is what the "topor" in Bengali weddings are made from. Often used to create stunning spiritual and cultural pieces this technique is an art form passed down through generations.
