The Holley Navarre Water System, Inc., will hold its 56th Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors on January 20, 2026, in the Corporate Office, Board Room, at 8574 Turkey Bluff Road. The election will be open from 7:30 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. This year, two directors, serving three-year terms, and one director, serving a two-year term, will be elected.
Interested Candidates
Candidate applications may be picked up at the Corporate Office beginning October 7, 2025, and must be personally filed at the Corporate Office no later than 4:00 P.M. on October 31, 2025. A special open board meeting will be held on November 12, 2025, to approve candidates.
Proxy and Absentee Voting
Proxies will not be mailed with the Annual Notice. Proxy and Absentee Voting is from December 3, 2025, to January 7, 2026. Proxies and absentee ballots to vote for the Directors will be available upon request only by calling (850) 939-2427 ext. 237, by email to

Any and all Proxy and Absentee Voting member or spouse requests will be requested to verify active membership with either their WIPP PIN or driver’s license. The deadline to mail voter requests from HNWS is December 19, 2025.
