Somatic Breathwork Experience

As we come to the end of the Year of the Snake, this evening offers space to pause and reflect on what you are ready to release.

Through journalling, gentle somatic movement, and conscious connective breathwork, we will create space to let go of what no longer serves you and to set intentions as we move into the Year of the Horse.

The evening will close with simple integration practices and time for reflection.

This is for you if:

• You feel ready to release and let go
• You work as a healer or therapist or hold space for others
• You crave stillness and grounding
• You are feeling tired or overwhelmed
• You are drawn to somatic practices and breathwork

No previous breathwork or somatic experience is required.
