Pumpkin Fitness Circuit

Hey boos! It’s time to get your Pumpkin Fitness on! � �� I will be coaching a Circuit training class in October. It will be held at My GYM at 2pm on Sunday, October 26th. However, I had a lot of people say they wanted to participate in this fitness class. (This will be year 5 of me coaching this class.) If you are coming please comment below so I know how many treat bags to make. Hope everyone can make it! �

Don’t forget your pumpkin �. Bring a pumpkin of your choice of size and weight to use for the class. You will use this for every exercise. ��

The class will be 5 bucks a person. All profits will be donated to the local Animal Shelter in the honor of my mothers name. Not only did she love animals but it’s her birthday month.
