Mental Health 101 (Grades 9-12)

For teens in grades 9-12, registration suggested but not required.

An evening of honest, age-appropriate conversations about mental health with Dr. Lucianne Collado (she/ella), a licensed clinical social worker. This program is designed to support both pre-teens and teens in understanding and navigating common mental health themes such as stress, anxiety, emotions, and self-care.

This program will provide space for honest dialogue, Q&A, and mental health information, helping participants build awareness, language, and confidence around mental health topics in a safe, supportive environment. This program aims to create a safe and supportive space to learn, share, and feel less alone.
