Dark Woods Adventure Park is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to help bring the 2025 Haunt season to life. Whether you’re an experienced haunter or a first-timer, if you love Halloween and the art of scaring people in a fun, safe environment, we want to meet you!

We’re hiring:
🎭 Scare actors (haunted house, roaming, stilt-walkers, puppeteers, performers)
💄 Skilled make-up artists
🚧 Security & parking attendants
…and other support staff!

Ghoul School 2025 – August 29–30
Dark Woods is once again opening the doors to Ghoul School at the Holiday Inn in Natchitoches — your backstage pass to becoming a monster, zombie, or other nightmare-worthy character.

This year’s special guest instructors are two legends from Colorado’s nationally acclaimed Terror in the Corn:

Michael Caneva – Production Manager, overseeing nearly 200 actors at Colorado’s top-ranked haunt.

Bart Butler – Show Director with 33+ years of haunt experience and creator of A Haunter’s Life.

✅ Requirements:

-Must be 18+

-Must pass a background check

-Wear normal street clothes to auditions (no costumes, please)
