Join us as we come together in love, remembrance and solidarity on World Alzheimer’s Day, for a special Candlelight Vigil.
As we remember, reflect and share stories of those we have lost to Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia, we invite you to light a candle and say their name, honoring the memories that remain in our hearts forever.
May their souls rest in perfect peace 💜
