The Back Door Salon is a civic and community-based initiative formed by The Joseph Family Foundation. Our overall mission is to take conversations typically sidelined, causes overlooked, and areas of impact underfunded and make them seen and heard again. Or, as some may say, bringing light to the ‘taboo’ topics. We will be supporting the work of the Greenhouse program at LEAD Cameron Middle School for the student migrant population.
