Find your Flow: Restorative Rooftop Yoga Flow & Sound Bath with Highland

Join us for a Rooftop Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath in Downtown Nashville

Unwind under the sky with a gentle restorative yoga flow from Highland Yoga followed by a grounding sound bath on the rooftop of Tempo By Hilton right in the heart of downtown Nashville. This all-levels class is open to hotel guests and the public—no experience needed.

Please bring your own mat. Parking is validated in the deck, and after class, enjoy samples like free LMNT electrolyte packets and more surprise wellness goodies from local vendors. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early!

Based in Atlanta, Highland Yoga expanded to Nashville in August 2024. They are located in the Moore Building near Music Row (behind Loser's). Participants will receive vouchers to visit Highland Yoga Nashville free for 30 days (available only to new students).
