BELLY DANCE TRIAL CLASS

SEEDS is a beginner friendly belly dance series created for brand new dancers, returning movers, and anyone curious to try something new. No experience is needed. Just bring comfortable clothes, an open mind, and your curiosity.

In each class, you can expect:

• Clear, easy to follow instruction

• A focus on foundational belly dance movements and musicality

• A supportive and inclusive environment

• Space to explore, learn, and grow at your own pace

Start with our $5 trial class, which can be applied toward any class package if you choose to continue. Ongoing sessions allow you to build technique, confidence, and connection week by week.

Class size is limited to keep the experience personal, so reserving your spot is recommended.
