Angel Tryout (Conditioning Day ONLY)

Prepare for auditions and train like a Palace Angel! Join us for Conditioning Day on Saturday, January 4 at 1 PM in the Back Room at The Nashville Palace.

This free session is designed to help dancers build strength, stamina, and confidence before auditions. All skill levels are welcome!

What to Expect:
• Warm-up + cardio activation
• Strength + core circuits
• Flexibility and mobility work
• Intro choreography combo
• Tips on what the Palace Angels look for
