Our banquet will be hosted by Nashville FBC in their Family Activities Building (FAB) on May 3rd from 5-7PM. This event is open to the public, it is not restricted to LRBA churches. Please invite everyone you know!
Churches/businesses/groups/individuals are expected to purchase chairs for $25 each and decorate the tables with whatever you want! You can have a theme, color palette, whatever you dream up! We’re excited to see everyone’s creativity.
***We will have extra tables decorated for those who purchase individual seats that are not with a full table*** You will have a place to sit and enjoy the evening :)
We will have 8 foot rectangular tables that will seat 8 ($200) and 6 foot circular tables ($150) that will seat 6. You can pick your table size and shape, but be aware we have far more rectangular tables than circular.
We will provide cups, plates, silverware, napkins, chairs etc. We will not use your place settings, plates, cups, etc. so they can stay clean and you can take them home in the same condition you brought them.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, you will need to set up and take down your table decorations. We will only provide the tables and chairs. There will be no tablecloths or anything provided.
We will have various awards to be voted on for the tables (most creative, etc.)
We will have extra tables set up and decorated for individuals without a table or those that decide to come last minute. Everyone who comes will have a place! 🙂
You will need to be at the FBC Nashville FAB building to set up your table on Sunday, May 3rd (the day of the banquet) at 2:30. The tables need to be completed by 4.
You can pay for your tables by mailing your payment to the Center/Association office (PO Box 965 Nashville, AR 71852), giving it to Robby Sherman, Suzie King, or Brittany Crow personally, or through Tithley.
