A Floor Transition Workshop

Learn how to confidently and safely move to and from the floor. This gentle and supportive free workshop will walk you through safe, step-by-step techniques to help you move with comfort and control to get up and down from the floor with ease. You’ll have time to practice, ask questions, and move at your own pace.
