🕘 Time: 0930 hrs
🚶‍♂️ Distance: ~3 miles
🐾 Dogs welcome!

We’ll enjoy a beautiful 3-mile Ruck/hike, connect with nature, practice a bit of mindfulness, and engage with an awesome group of fellow outdoor lovers. All experience levels welcome—whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking to get moving!

Bring water, comfortable shoes, and your good vibes (and pups, if you've got 'em)! 🐶💚
Rucks are optional and the weight is on you.
