9:15 – 10:15 AM | Moving for Better Balance Sample Class
Experience this evidence-based falls prevention program rooted in Tai Chi. Improve strength, balance, and confidence in everyday activities.
10:30 – 11:00 AM | Functional Balance Training Sample Class
Try progressive balance and flexibility exercises designed to improve joint mobility, strengthen legs and core, and help prevent falls.
11:00 – 12:30 PM | Free Balance Assessments
Meet with trained staff for a one-on-one assessment to help identify areas to strengthen your balance and stability.
12:30 – 1:30 PM | Stability Workshop presented by Ivy Rehab
Learn exercises and strategies to improve stability, strength, and coordination. Build confidence in your movement and reduce fall risk.
