Understanding Healing and Trauma

Welcome to Understanding Healing and Trauma, a transformative workshop designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

We invite you to join us for either or both sessions, each crafted to provide a sanctuary of calm and understanding. Whether you attend one workshop or both, you'll find a welcoming space where you can explore trauma and nervous system education and engage in gentle breathwork. Each session also offers practical take-home tools for emotional regulation, all within a safe and supportive community.

These sessions are free to attend, but in person donations to the Lotus Healing Center are welcomed.
