Date: 28 February – 1 March 2026
Days/Times: Saturday – Sunday, 9:30am – 4:30pm
Location: NAL studio, M16 Artspace, 21 Blaxland Crescent, Griffith, ACT
In this two-day workshop, be guided through the process of reduction linoprint with a particular focus on the striking Canberra grassland local “blue devil”. Design your own unique lino ‘plate’ from sketches and reference samples, then embark on the creation of an edition of hand pulled prints by adding colours as you carve sections of your plate away. Learn about mark-making techniques, registration and ‘inking up’, develop confidence in your carving skills, and complete the weekend with a beautiful small edition of prints on professional printmaking paper.
