The Annual General Meeting of the Moree & District Services Club will take place on:

Nominations for the following positions will be accepted:
Chairperson
Vice Chairperson
Treasurer
Directors
📝 Nominations open: 10:00 AM, Monday 18th August
🛑 Nominations close: 6:00 PM, Sunday 21st September
Nomination forms are available from the club office during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🔹 Only financial and eligible members of the Moree & District Services Club may nominate or be nominated.
🔹 Completed forms must be submitted to the office to be officially recorded before appearing on the ballot.
🗳️ Voting for nominated candidates will take place:
📅 From Monday, 22nd September at 10:00 AM
🛑 Until Thursday, 19th October at 6:00 PM
Members must present a current membership card to be eligible to vote.
