Want to feel confident, calm and in control during pregnancy, labour and birth? Then you'll want to get educated about your choices and options.

My full antenatal courses cover everything you need to prepare your body and mind for birth. Including hypnobirthing techniques, physical preparation and understanding of the maternity system, you will gain skills and knowledge to help you have the birth that's right for you.

Whether you are planning a home/water birth or a planned caesarean I will be your guide and support for the coming weeks/months.

This course runs over 2 sessions on:
7th & 8th
Sessions run from 10am - 5pm, with lunch and breaks, in Narberth.
