On October 8, Sprint Work returns for another night on the hills of Vomero. A session built to sharpen speed, strengthen the legs, and test the heart.

Every climb, every stride it’s not just training, it’s mindset.

This is where the crew meets the grind.

• 20:00 – Check-in opens
• 20:15 – Dynamic warm-up with Lace crew
• 20:30 – Route briefings
• 20:45 – Staggered sprint launches
• 21:30 – Summit San Martino
• 21:45 – Return descent to Barbeqool
• 22:00 – After-party at Barbeqool (music + chill)
• Drinks: €5 🍹
• Food + Drinks combo: €9 🍔+🍹

• Start: Barbeqool (check-in, warm-up, staging)
• Route: Via Morghen → Petraio stairs → Via Tito Angelini
• Summit: Belvedere San Martino

• 20:30 – Briefing sul percorso
• 20:45 – Partenze scaglionate degli sprint
• 21:30 – Arrivo a San Martino
• 21:45 – Discesa di ritorno verso Barbeqool
• 22:00 – After-party da Barbeqool (musica + relax)
• Drink: €5 🍹
