Spring Bourbon Dinner Series: WhistlePig

We’re excited to announce the next installment in our Spring Bourbon Dinner series — this time featuring WhistlePig, one of the most boundary-pushing names in American whiskey.

Born on a 500-acre farm in Vermont, WhistlePig has built its reputation on bold rye whiskey, experimental aging, and a relentless drive to do things differently. From their flagship 10 Year Straight Rye to the rare and rebellious Boss Hog series, every bottle reflects a fearless approach to flavor and craftsmanship.

Join us on August 21 for an evening that celebrates WhistlePig’s signature style — unapologetically big, unapologetically bold — with a four-course menu crafted to highlight the depth and character of each pour.
