This Sound Bath at Omaya Studio is a gentle, immersive experience designed to help you release tension, quiet your thoughts, and reconnect with your inner calm. As you lie down comfortably, you’ll be surrounded by soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments that guide your body into deep relaxation and your mind into a meditative state.

No experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow the sounds to carry you into rest, clarity, and renewal.

This session is perfect if you:
