Dogs hear frequencies we cannot. They feel our nervous system states before we speak a word. When we’re grounded, calm, and present—they mirror our peace. That’s the soul of Paws & Breathe: a shared experience of co-regulation, deep listening, and embodied stillness.
Each 90-minute session begins with a joyful “bark & greet” in my fully fenced yard—allowing our furry friends (and their humans) to connect, sniff, play, and discharge excess energy.
We then move into a seated, guided meditation where you’ll explore somatic breathwork, energy grounding, and intuitive connection practices—learning to meditate with your furmate by your side.

What to Expect
We commence with a gentle “Bark & Greet” session, lasting 30 minutes, during which we establish a connection and co-regulation in a serene, fully fenced private yard. Dogs are permitted to explore, sniff, and release stored energy while their owners begin to cultivate a presence and connection.
Subsequently, we transition into a guided 60-minute experience of breathwork, somatic grounding, and intuitive meditation. This program is designed to assist you in aligning with your dog’s natural healing rhythm. You will acquire the following skills:
* - Synchronize your breath with your dog’s nervous system
* - Utilize gentle touch and frequency to alleviate overstimulation
* - Access your dog’s grounding field as a means of releasing stress
* - Establish a monthly ritual of energetic reset for both of you
✨ What Makes This Experience So Healing?
Meditating with your dog has proven health benefits—for both species:
* Reduces anxiety and cortisol levels in dogs and humans alike
* Strengthens the heart field connection through oxytocin release
* Supports nervous system regulation through shared rhythmic breath
* Creates a deepened bond between you and your companion
* Allows both of you to discharge stress naturally through grounded presence
* Dogs, with their paws on the Earth, help humans recalibrate to the natural rhythms of the planet—a direct line to letting go of what no longer serves.
