Maple Sugaring Weekends

Join us the last two weekends in March for our 48th annual Maple Sugaring Weekends. You can enjoy steaming-hot stacks of locally-sourced pancakes inside the Visitor’s Center before heading outdoors for trail demonstrations that explore the science of sap and the long cultural history of tapping maple trees in our region. Your walk will end at the sugar shack, where you can see first-hand the process of boiling sap down to syrup and take a sip of nature’s tastiest sugar.

With 48 years of experience, it’s guaranteed to be one of the sweetest experiences of your year!
