Insanity Fab Winter Challenge OPEN REGISTRATION STARTS
Wednesday oct 1st at noon
Same as years past, send a message to this page with vehicle info, pic , tee shirt size for you and codawg , class you wish to enter.
Below are the list of classes.
Racing will start on the morning of Thursday January 8th for SXS, Small and Big Tire Classes and race through Friday January 9th. If we run out of daylight on Friday we will finish the remaining races Saturday morning (no racing at night). Saturday January 10th the Unlimited Class will start their races. Depending on the amount of entries for Unlimited, we might run into Sunday January 11th for that class. The plan is to race normal classes the first two days then unlimited after , this is due to the course flagging change for the big boys.
We would like for racers in the first 3 classes to be at Nimac by Wednesday night for tech or before 8:00am on Thursday. For all unlimited racers you do not have to be there until Friday for tech.
We will be giving out a cash purse (amount determined by entries) for this challenge plus prizes and trophies.
RACE VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Vehicle requirements :
Seat belt cutter in vehicle
WINDOW NETS that cover window openings ( properly secured to vehicle )
FIRE SUITS DRIVER & CODOG
4 POINT RACE HARNESS MINIMUM
Full cage
Doors and or door bars
First aid kit
2 Fire extinguishers NO ELEMENT EXTINGUISHERS!!(one in reach of
occupants the other where someone outside can reach it)
Winch
Lockers
Entry fees per class
SXS - $200
Small Tire 40” and under - $200
Big Tire 41”-54” - $200
Unlimited - $300
*Tires eligible to run in Small or Big Tire classes
Any tread design offered in a on hiway use tire is acceptable . you are allowed to race the competition compound version of these tires as well .
*Axles for Small and Big Tire Classes
Any standard one-ton axle or smaller is ok to run in either class.
Dana 60, 70, 80
14bolt rear or front axle (front axle can’t have bigger than 1ton outers)
Sterling rear axles and any other standard 1ton axle offered in a 1ton truck.
If you show up in a rock bouncer chassis you're in Unlimited Class.
Unlimited Class
Any axle (any I ton axle with Rockwell or same equivalent outers will bump you into unlimited).

No Glass Bottles
No Pets
No Smudge Pots
No fireworks
No open wheeling , course is closed
PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT!! We offer trash cans for reasonable amounts of garbage but hope we can all be adults and not leave trash behind. If your canopy breaks TAKE IT HOME! If your chair breaks, TAKE IT HOME. We shouldn't be expected to dig through all the fire pits after everyone has left for garbage or load up anything else that was left behind.
