Romiromi & Rongoā Wānanga One - 2025

The Harata Meretana Ma Charitable Trust takes pleasure in presenting the next Wānanga series from 2025 - 2027.

Wānanga One: Friday 5th to Sunday 7th September, 2025.

Marae: Te Whanganui a Oroutu

Our expert facilitators aim to present Māori healing romiromi and rongoā philosophies, rituals, and practices so that our tamariki and rangatahi can normalise these ancient lores in the home at a young age.

This new wānanga series is fully funded by Te Whatu Ora, and the criteria is for whānau Māori who whakapapa to Te Waka Tapu o Takitimu.
