Have a Go Softball - 5 weeks

Come along and give softball a go in a fun, inclusive environment. This programme focuses on basic skills, teamwork, and enjoying being active outdoors.

Whether it’s your first time picking up a bat or you’ve played before, all abilities are welcome. Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and designed so everyone can participate at their own pace. You'll learn:

Batting – hitting off a tee or from a gentle pitch, with modifications to suit ability.
Catching and throwing – using a variety of gloves and balls, with adaptive options available.
Fielding – learning how to stop, pick up, and return the ball with simple drills.
Running bases – practising moving safely between bases with encouragement and support.

Open to all DSRHB members - join today for $20 per year and take part in events like this all year long.
