Curious about what goes on behind the scenes at the Faraday Museum of Technology? Come along for a cuppa, meet our volunteers, and have a relaxed chat about what it’s like to be part of the team!
We’re looking for people aged 16+ who are keen to help bring history and technology to life. Whether you enjoy hands-on projects, sharing knowledge with others, or just love seeing how things work, there’s a role for you.
Our volunteers are a mix of people who love learning, tinkering, helping others, and being part of a community. If you have interests or experience in education, exhibition design, robotics, electronics, engineering, science, or front-of-house work, you could make a real difference here.
Volunteering at the Faraday is more than helping out. It’s about preserving the past, sparking curiosity, and inspiring the next generation. Drop in, say hello, and see if the Faraday’s the place for you.
