Clare has designed this session to provide a space for healing and release that is subtle, safe and supported. All abut deep self connection and learning to trust yourself and your own process, this session will allow you to find ease and apply self care.
✨ What to Expect:
A guided 2 hour session combining:
🌬 Conscious Connected Breathwork: a gentle, flowing style of breath that opens the body, settles the mind, and helps you access deeper layers of feeling, insight, and healing. No force. No drama. Just your breath, showing you the way.
🗣 Light Language Transmission: a soothing channelled sound healing experience. These intuitive tones, syllables, and frequencies bypass your thinking mind and speak directly to your energy system. You don’t have to understand it, your body will.
💫 Healing Sound: a blend of music, voice, drum, rattle and bowls
This is a space to:
Reconnect with your own energy
Release emotional or energetic tension
Deepen your self-trust
Receive messages or insight without needing to “figure it out”
You’ll be guided the entire way in a space that’s calm, contained, and permission-based.

Clare Babbage is a leadership coach, healer, and intuitive guide with over 25 years of experience facilitating transformation. Her work blends conscious breath, energy healing, light language, and shamanic practices to help people access clarity, confidence, and deep inner connection.
She’s known for her calm presence, irreverent humour, and ability to hold grounded, non-performative space, especially for those walking big paths.
