New to Ashtanga Yoga? Have you wanted to try Ashtanga yoga (or any yoga for that matter) but feel daunted by it?
This guided class is for you. It is fully guided with step by step instructions and thorough guidance and support from Sarah.
With Sarah's help, you'll learn to love moving your body and breathing deeper, feeling better than ever before!
Sarah Beale has been teaching Ashtanga yoga for 11 years. She knows and embodies the Primary series very well and loves teaching it to beginners and advanced beginners. Even if you have plenty of experience with the Ashtanga yoga primary series, sometimes it is nice to be fully guided by a teacher's voice, for rhythm, pace and letting go into the flow.
You'll learn plenty of ways to enhance and get the most out of your sequence when you continue to embark on the Ashtanga Journey and you'll be well prepared for Mysore style practice when you feel ready. This is a beautiful traditional practice which adapts the postures to your own unique body. Every student is treated as an individual.
You will be looked after by Sarah and encouraged to explore your potential, physically and mentally with this practice.
