🌟 Join FIT4MOM Naperville for a Fun-Filled Morning! 🌟
WORKOUT:

Stroller Barre combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. This class will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and develop the core strength needed for motherhood — all while enjoying a supportive, community environment!

PLAYGROUP:
Stick around after class for Tiny Olympics! Kids of all ages — from babies to big kids — can compete for the gold in fun, friendly sporting events 🏅🤸‍♀️
