Creative Flow: 4-Weeks In-Person Art Workshop

This 4-week in-person Creative Flow workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore creativity in a supportive and welcoming space.

Each week, we work with simple shapes, lines, color, and intuitive mark-making to gently open space for self-expression, reflection, and presence.
The focus is not on creating a “perfect” artwork — it’s about the experience of creating.

This is a calm, joyful, and grounding creative practice designed especially for adults who want:

• A creative reset
• Time for themselves
• Gentle structure without pressure
• A supportive, judgment-free environment

• Guided creative prompts each session
• Working with soft pastels, mixed media & simple drawing tools
• Themes such as self-connection, calm, joy, and personal journey
• A relaxed, encouraging group atmosphere
• Time to create, breathe, and enjoy the process

All materials are provided. Just bring yourself.
