Caring with Love: Alzheimer’s and Self-Care for Caregivers

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, join us for a free virtual session on Sept. 27 with special guests dementia trainer Juan Carlos Rojas, CDP, and Dr. Mari Umpierre from Mount Sinai Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. We'll discuss caring for people with dementia, how to strengthen support networks, and the importance of self-care.
