Selfcare Workshop
Come and enjoy 2 hours for yourself, alone or with a friend with our selfcare workshop at the amazing Silvertree in Nantwich.
You will be provided with a notebook for the session along with pens and other resources. The session will also include some mindfulness exercises so when you leave you will feel relaxed and refreshed.
There will be refreshments as well.
