While the world pushes us to rush, do more, and run on empty, nature retreats into stillness. The light fades, the cold moves in, and everything pauses. And in this pause, our inner shadows gently rise within asking to be seen, understood, accepted and loved.
Winter isn’t here to shut us down. She’s here to open us up and teaches us how to delve deep with trust and courage.
Through guided reflection, gentle sharing, meditation, and soulful conversation, we’ll explore:
