We’re hosting a special bat-themed afternoon and evening — something for all ages!
4:00 – 5:30pm | Bat Crafts – The Roundhouse, Treherbert
Family-friendly activities: make your own bat mask, create a leaf-winged bat, and discover fun bat facts.
6:00 – 6:30pm | Talk: Helping Bats in the UK – The Roundhouse, Treherbert
A short and engaging talk on how we can protect these incredible nocturnal creatures.
7:15 – 8:15pm (approx) | Bat Walk – Glyncornel Lake, Tonypandy
We’ll head out to this fantastic site, hoping to see bats swooping over the water — including, with luck, Daubenton’s bats!
Free & open to all. Come for one part, or stay for the whole evening — we’d love to see you there!
