Yoga Philosophy & Journaling – Explore the Yamas and Niyamas (the first two limbs of yoga) with Telisha and learn to weave them into everyday life
Ayurvedic Cooking Class – With Sarada, discover the six tastes, seasonal eating, and prepare nourishing food together
Mantra Chanting Workshop – Experience the transformative vibration of sound and meditative silence with Sarada
Henna Session – Receive sacred, intentional body art with Esha, a meditative practice of adornment and reflection
Community & Connection – Gather in circle, share nourishing food, and be held in a supportive, intimate group.
