A Workshop for Connection, Regulation & Compassionate Parenting 🪴
Start where you are. Show up as you are.
Parenting can be beautiful — and also deeply overwhelming. We all have moments of losing patience, feeling disconnected, or wondering if we’re doing enough.
This workshop is designed to meet you right there: in the real, messy, imperfect parts of parenthood.
Led by Meghan Marr, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Ronna Kit, Registered Social Worker, this two-hour in-person session creates a supportive, non-judgmental space for parents to slow down, reflect, and reset.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Why dysregulation is a normal part of parenting — and how to move through it with awareness
• Simple, somatic tools you can use in the moment to calm your nervous system
• Connection-based practices to rebuild trust and closeness with your child
• Gentle strategies to help you find steadiness even when you’re feeling stretched thin
You will leave with greater insight into your own nervous system, practical tools for daily life, and a renewed sense of connection — to yourself and your child.
Whether you’re navigating toddler meltdowns, teen disconnection, or just craving a softer landing place in your parenting journey, you are welcome here.
No perfect parent required ✨
