Join us as we explore together how self-created sound and intentional listening practices open channels to personal healing and transformation. A gentle introduction to the science, philosophy, and spiritual resonance of sound healing informs each session.
Our time together will include sound baths, journaling exercises, and group sharing, and you will receive materials to help integrate your sonic experiences into your daily life.

Afternoon session: 1-5 pm (with a mid-afternoon break)

– The art of vocal intervention
– Using our voices to ground and set boundaries
– Resonators and formants
– Voicing our many “selves”
