This workshop invites you to slow down and experience movement as learning rather than exercise.
Through guided, exploratory movements, you’ll begin to sense how the nervous system organizes posture, coordination, flexibility, and strength.
Rather than pushing or correcting, this work allows the brain to discover more efficient and comfortable ways to move—often resulting in reduced tension, improved coordination, and greater ease in daily life and athletic practice.
