Bodhi Somatic Flow is a unique designed 90-minute Program movement-based therapeutic session that blends body reading, somatic education, and mindful Pilates apparatus work. The session guides your body toward ease, fluidity, and deeper internal awareness through gentle exploration, breath, and intuitive movement.
What the Session Includes
1. Body Reading
A postural and movement observation to understand how your body organizes itself, where it holds tension, and which patterns influence your daily movement.
2. Somatic Movement
Slow, explorative, nervous-system–friendly movements that reconnect you with your natural coordination, breath, and internal flow.
3. Pilates Apparatus Integration
Supportive and mindful exercises using the Reformer, Cadillac, or Chair to improve stability, mobility, and embodied strength.
