In Level 1 we cultivated a sensitivity to sound with quartz, having developed a foundational basis of frosted Crystal Bowls, including their origins, use, types, as well as playing skills and techniques for self-sound meditation and group sound meditations and relaxations. The Level 2 programme offers a deeper insight and comprehensive curriculum into incorporating more bowls to your repertoire for group experiences, and conducting 1:1 therapeutic sessions with clear practitioner bowls, through demonstration, application and feedback. We open ourselves up to the magnification of the quartz and the therapeutic qualities of the bowls.
We will take a Level 2 sacred journey exploring the transformational healing power of Quartz Crystal Bowls.

This program is for anyone who wants to become a Crystal Bowl Practitioner and have in depth skills and knowledge about these unique instruments. Open to anyone with an interest in Sound, as well as Holistic Therapists, Psychotherapists, Yoga and Meditation Teachers, Medical or Wellness Practitioners and Musicians. It is strongly recommended to take the Level 1 session prior to this course, however you can talk with us about your motivation and experience in any case.
