การเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคมไม่เกิดขึ้นจากคนเพียงกลุ่มเดียว แต่ต้องเกิดจาก บทสนทนา การมีส่วนร่วม และการฟังเสียงที่หลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเยาวชน ภาคประชาสังคม นักวิชาการ นักกิจกรรม หรือผู้นำชุมชน กิจกรรมนี้เปิดพื้นที่ให้ทุกคนได้มาร่วมกันสำรวจว่า ประชาธิปไตย สิทธิมนุษยชน และนวัตกรรมทางสังคม จะช่วยกำหนดอนาคตที่ยั่งยืนได้อย่างไร — ผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์ การสะท้อนร่วม และวงสนทนาเชิงลึก

Voices That Move Us: Democracy, Human Rights, Inclusion, and Social Innovation for a Sustainable Future
Lasting change comes when diverse voices are heard. This workshop brings together civil society leaders, academics, journalists, youth, and changemakers to ask: how can democracy, human rights, and inclusive dialogue shape a just and sustainable future? Through interactive simulation, reflection, and open conversation, we will connect different perspectives and explore how participation and innovation can strengthen our shared path forward.

เวิร์กช็อปแบบมีส่วนร่วม ที่รวมผู้เข้าร่วมจากภาคประชาสังคม นักศึกษา นักกิจกรรม นักข่าว และนักเปลี่ยนแปลงรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อสำรวจว่า บทสนทนา ประชาธิปไตย และการมีส่วนร่วม สามารถช่วยกำหนดเส้นทางสู่อนาคตที่ยั่งยืนได้อย่างไร ผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์ การสะท้อนร่วม และการพูดคุยในกลุ่มย่อย
จัดโดย TEDxChiangMai ร่วมกับ Friedrich Naumann Foundation Thailand และ Thailand Talks
ภายใต้กรอบงาน TED Countdown และเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมของ Bangkok Climate Action Week 2025
🎲 ภายในกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย
1. เกมจำลองสถานการณ์: สร้างโลกในปี 2040
ร่วมตัดสินใจในประเด็นระดับโลก เช่น สภาพภูมิอากาศ เศรษฐกิจ ความเท่าเทียม และการพัฒนา
เรียนรู้ว่าแต่ละการตัดสินใจส่งผลต่อโลกอย่างไรบ้าง ผ่านกิจกรรมแบบเร่งจังหวะที่สนุกและลึกซึ้ง
2. การสะท้อนร่วมหลังเกม (Reflection Cards)
🌀 หลังจากจบเกม ผู้เข้าร่วมจะสะท้อนร่วมกันถึงคำถาม เช่น:
โลกจำลองเหมือนหรือแตกต่างจากโลกจริงแค่ไหน?
ใครถูกได้ยิน และใครถูกมองข้าม?
ค่านิยมและสถาบันใดส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของเรา?
3. วงสนทนาแบบ Thailand Talks
ปิดท้ายด้วยวงพูดคุยในกลุ่มย่อย โดยใช้แนวทางจาก Thailand Talks ที่เน้นการฟังอย่างลึกซึ้งและการพูดคุยด้วยความเคารพ
คำถามชวนคิดที่ใช้ในวงสนทนา เช่น:
1️⃣ ทุกคนควรมีสิทธิเท่าเทียมกันในการตัดสินใจด้านความยั่งยืนหรือไม่?
2️⃣ คนรุ่นใหม่ควรมีอำนาจในการกำหนดอนาคตหรือไม่?
3️⃣ นวัตกรรมทางสังคมสำคัญกว่าเทคโนโลยีหรือไม่?
4️⃣ ผู้นำควรเลือกความยุติธรรมมากกว่าความรวดเร็วหรือไม่?
5️⃣ โครงการที่ทำร้ายชุมชนขนาดเล็กควรปฏิเสธ แม้ว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์กับคนหมู่มากหรือไม่?

An interactive workshop bringing together students, NGOs, journalists, and changemakers to explore how dialogue, democracy, and inclusion help shape a more sustainable future — through simulation, reflection, and real conversation.
Hosted by TEDxChiangMai, in collaboration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation Thailand and Thailand Talks, as part of the TED Countdown global initiative and Bangkok Climate Action Week 2025.

1. Simulation Game: Build the World in 2040
Step into global decision-making. Balance climate, economy, equity, and development goals — and see how your choices shape our shared future.
2. Reflection Cards & Dialogue Prompts
🌀 After the game, we reflect together:
How did the simulation compare to the real world?
Who was heard — and who was left behind?
What do our decisions reveal about power, values, and institutions?
3. Thailand Talks: Group Discussions
We end with small-group conversations based on the Thailand Talks dialogue framework, designed for active listening and mutual respect.
Discussion questions include:
1️⃣ Should everyone have equal say in sustainability decisions?
2️⃣ Should youth have power in shaping the future?
3️⃣ Are social innovations more important than technology?
4️⃣ Should strong leaders prioritize justice over speed?
5️⃣ Should we reject projects that harm small groups even if they benefit the majority?
